Our Services: Electrocardiogram (ECG)

An ECG is a line tracing of the electrical activity of your heart. It shows the electrical impulse as it moves through the heart. It is helpful in diagnosing many abnormalities of the heart.

It is a simple, safe and painless test taking less than 10 minutes to complete. There is no preparation needed.

You undress to your waist and lie down on a couch and 10 small sticky patches are placed on your chest, arms, and legs. You must be relaxed for the test to avoid a noisy recording. The ECG patches are easily removed with no mess. You can then get dressed and leave. The tracing is printed out and analysed by a cardiologist. The reported ECG is then sent to your doctor.
